Arbor Day Celebration

Bring the family to the Town’s Arbor Day Celebration from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 27! Parker Parks and Recreation will be celebrating by giving out free seedling trees while they last at Discovery Park, 20115 E. Mainstreet in Parker. Be sure to stop by the arborist table and meet the Town’s Parks and Forestry Team who can answer questions about tree planting, pruning and tree selection. Kids will enjoy a fun activity courtesy of Douglas County Libraries. Participants can also enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast while supplies last!

Shave the Mayor
DATE: April 27
TIME: 8 a.m.
LOCATION: Vehicle Vault

Join Parker Mayor Mike Waid and other "shavees" in supporting the St. Baldrick's Foundation and their fight against pediatric cancer. This event will take place on April 27, 2019 at the Vehicle Vault in Parker Colorado. Go to for more information.

Discounted H2O’Brien Pool Passes Available through April

Are you getting excited for summer? Get a head start on fun in the sun with the H2O’Brien Pool Season Pass Special.

Now through April 30, discounted Single passes are $60/resident and $70/non-resident and Couples passes are $120/resident and $130/non-resident. Families of three are $150/resident and $160/non-resident, families of four are $180/resident and $190/non-resident and families of five are $210/resident and $220 non-resident. Each additional family member is $30. Annual and six-month membership holders of the Parker Recreation Center and Parker Fieldhouse may purchase an add-on pool pass at a discounted rate.

Season passes are good for unlimited admission all summer and may be purchased at the Recreation Center, 17301 E. Lincoln Ave., or at the Fieldhouse, 18700 E. Plaza Drive. H2O’Brien Pool opens for the 2019 season on May 25 (weather permitting) and will be open through Labor Day. Garage Sale Sign Guidelines
*A maximum of four signs are permitted per residential lot.  
*The signs may only be posted beginning at noon on Thursdays through 7 p.m. on the following Sunday.  
*The signs may not exceed five square feet per side and four feet in height.  
*The signs cannot be attached to public utility poles, traffic, and other directional signs, vehicles, utility boxes, fences, other structures, or trees.  
*The signs cannot be placed in medians, roadways, shoulders, or bike paths/lanes.  
*Signs must be located 50 feet from all intersections and at least six feet from the edge of the roadway. Signs must be located at least 10 feet from any other garage sale sign.  
*As part of this program, the Town has pre-approved Garage Sale signs available for free at Town Hall.

April 12 – The Magic of Bill Blagg This illusionist’s one-of-a-kind blend of magic, personality and performance leaves audiences in complete disbelief. From teleportation to rideable hoverboard, Blagg creates the impossible.

April 27-28 – Wonderbound: Boomtown with Chimney Choir
Johnny Alpha is an average guy living an average life in Floptown. When the object of his affection moves to Boomtown, he hops on a train and follows, only to journey into the underbelly of the city.

Parents’ Night Out

Parents, grab some friends and enjoy a night with adults while we watch your kids. Our talented staff will keep your kids active and entertained so you don't have to. We host plenty of games and activities, crafts, movies, climbing and skating to keep your kids busy. Children must provide their own skates. For kids who need a little down time, we show a family-friendly feature film and mini-films. The movie title will be posted at check-in. Concessions will be available to purchase. Venue times and availability are subject to change. Please contact for specifics.

Saturday Skate Night
DATE: April 27
LOCATION: Fieldhouse
TIME: 6 to 10:30 p.m.
COST: $4 R/$5 NR

Grab some friends and bring your roller skates or blades to the Parker Fieldhouse on select Saturday nights for Skate Night! Participants can skate around the inline rink, listen to great, family-friendly music and play games. This is a time designated for open skating with no hockey allowed. Skate Nights are great events for skaters of all ages or teens who are looking for something to do on a Saturday night! Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult while at the Fieldhouse. Participants must bring their own skates. Skate Night admission does not include other Fieldhouse venues.
