Town of Parker Notice

Notice from Town of Parker:

Small concrete repairs have commenced at many locations throughout the Town of Parker. Underground utility locations were requested to be marked prior to excavation within the limits of public rights-of-way. It appears that there was a miscommunication between the Town’s contractor and the locating service, and flags and paint have also been placed in areas outside of roadways and into private lots and private property areas.

Please do not be alarmed if you see flags or paint in your yard; the Town does not intend to perform excavations or repairs on any private property.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Concrete curb/gutter/sidewalk repairs are expected to be performed throughout areas of Town through late September. Thank you for your understanding.

ABOUT THIS PROJECTThe Parker Public Works Department has secured the services of area contractors to perform small concrete repairs at hundreds of locations throughout Town this summer.

These curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs will begin the week of July 25 and are expected to continue through early October. Work will mostly occur alongside low volume roadways and should not impact the free flow of traffic. On-street parking may be temporarily limited adjacent to planned repairs.

These maintenance activities are being performed to address broken or deteriorated concrete at spot locations across the Town to insure infrastructure serviceability for years to come.

This planned work, as well as other resurfacing activities, are summarized on a new interactive online map at where you can find more information about possible work planned near your residence.

We appreciate your patience as we work to keep our roadways in good shape!
